Changing the World Family Child Care LLC, Family Child Care Home is licensed and certified by the State of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services http://www.dhs.pa.gov/. We are licensed to provide early care and education for ten children at any one time. We admit children from 4 months through 60 months and their school-age siblings without regard to race, culture, sex, religion, national origin ancestry, or disability.
